Otard Decanter 30 years

He inherited this from an estate recently, and knows it has sat in a cupboard for at least the last 30 years. Nice decanter and brandy looks very dark- Neck label states “more than 30yrs old” and “Cognac Otard 70% proof”.

Anybody know the specific origin of this ? Please comment, if you have an idea what kind of blend this could be, or about value and price.
