This bottle is from 1960-1968: Before 1960 ribbon would be riveted to the capsule after 1968 Joseph Garneau would have been the importer.
I further put it in the second half of that period (1964-1968) as the ribbon does not extend under the second label (Would be visible in space between the two labels)
