Three years after the launch of SO YANG, the mix drink of green tea and cognac, puts a Chinese distribution in place. The strategy: Pushing the product into the chinese market, the second biggest market in the world after the US.
So Yang tries to attact younger Chinese consumers that are Europe and luxury orientated. “Black” and “White” So Yang is now served in hip bars in Shanghai and Peking.
The distribution is based in Peking, lead by Vanessa Carlino. The team will work the Chinese market, pushing for marketing and distribution business development. One of the first actions was to adapt the packaging to Chinese culture, a design which underlines the luxury aspect of the product.
Another step will be the opening of a store in Peking.
How to drink So Yang, by the way? You might want to have it with Champagne, or with a slice of lemon. In any case cool.
