Here comes a Rouyer Guillet Cognac, that was incredibly found in a crate of french christmas cards – no kidding: “The bottle was found in an old crate of french christmas cards on sydney docks in the early 70’s by a friend of my fathers. He purchased the bottle and it has been in the family for all that time. we have always wondered how it ended up in a crate of christmas cards.”

Tax labels, revenue, signs or similar: label on the bottle. Philippe Guillet, fondateur de la Maison Rouyer~ Guillet, fut Maire de Cognac en 1687.
Mais on trouve dans. les archives familiales un Ponce Guillet qui plusieurs siecles auparavant sous St~Louis , fut vigneron en terre charentaise.
Depuis lors, l’oeuvre commenc’ee a ete perpetuee sans interruption de pere en fils, portant dans toutes les parties du monde le nom prestigieux du Cognac Rouyer~guillet.
