Here comes a Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac and a very important question: “This bottle belonged to my 93 and 90 year old grandparents. They bought it on one of their many travels around the globe, and kept it at their house in the Hamptons. Over the years it was saved for a special occasion, but the perfect moment never came. It was recently re-found, dusty but in excellent condition, and almost opened in celebration before we decided we were too curious about quite how old it is! So the question is: Do they sell it, or drink it?”

It is from the mid-to-late 1970s. Screw cap replaced cork & foil right around that time. Resale value about $80. Very decent cognac but not something that collectors will be breaking down your door to buy.
    Enjoy it!

I have an earlier empty bottle that has green glass and had a cork top. Is there any interest in anyone wanting to purchase this??
