Courvoisier is continuing with its roll out of contemporary premium design packaging for all of its products. October 2010 saw the update of the VSOP and XO Imperial, and this month sees the new look Courvoisier Exclusif packaging hit the travel retail shelves.
Duty-free travel retail is an extremely important outlet for Courvoisier, and this is managed by Maxxium Travel Retail. The new Courvoisier Exclusive packaging is distinctive in its vibrant red colouring, and the fact that the mark VSOP has also been added to both the bottle and the exterior presentation case.
Gareth Brown, Beam Global’s (the parent company of Courvoisier) director for European travel-retail, Middle East and Africa, said “Travel-retail is a priority market for Courvoisier, and having secured the number two slot in European travel-retail, with almost 30% growth in volume, we will continue to revolutionise the market with innovation and activity we have in the pipeline.”
Both Courvoisier and Maxxium Travel Retail are confident that their new-look packaging will help the products stand out on the shelves and endorse the quality of the brand. The aim, of course, is to actively target more customers and to bring an increase in sales.
