He writes “My sister-in-law passed away in 2007. In the course of going through her house in Groton, MA, we discovered a box. When we opened the box, we found the bottle of cognac. The box is a presentation style with gold cloth, indented so the bottle and a separate glass stopper fit in it. Since then, it has been sitting in a closet in our basement. “
