A reader has a cognac bottle of Martell Very Special Pale at home.
The bottle is located in Worcester, MA. The Reader writes “My fiances grandparents are selling their long time home in NY. They built the house and have lived there for 40+ years. We went over for the Thanksgiving holiday and they told us that we can take some things off their hands as they are downsizing. Upon clear in out a cabinet in the family/rec room in the finished basement, I found this blue box with a sealed bottle of Cognac. The price label was $9.98 (not a price you see anymore) I was told I could keep the bottle. Our curiosity came around regarding this bottle of Cognac considering I only see V.S.O.P or V.S. being sold today. I haven’t seen a V.S.P. label around an considering she paid $9.98 for this, we were wondering what its valued at now.”
