A reader from Norway has this Martell L’Or 1715 Gold Edition to offer. This is what he writes:
“I bought it in 2003 when the firm I worked it went down and got broke. So I got it and a friend of mine took care of the bottle for me. I decided I wanted to have it back for 1 year ago; and it was stored in a safe in his house. And now I have a special place at my home where I stored it in a safe place. I just want to get and value of the bottle, and maybe I’ll sell it for the right price to the right person that deserves the bottle”

The label reads: Cognac L’Or de J&F Martell 1715 Gold Edition (24 karat )
Tax labels, revenue, signs or similar: There is a certificate with it inside the box. The seals are unbroken, the cognac bottle has never been touched without gloves. The top of the bottle are in gold.
How has the bottle been stored:
- In a dry place
- At room temperature
- Up-right standing

A very nice bottle, very well taken care of I see.
This is a strange bottle. Although rather rare and exclusive it has not found the popularity of many other collectible Cognac bottles. It usually sells for $900-$1,000 on the resale market.
