A reader has a cognac bottle at home:  J.A.s Hennessy & Co. Cognac 80 proof, and it comes in a beautiful box.

The bottle is located in Sacramento California. The Reader writes “When I got engaged my parents would give each of is a bottle to celebrate. We opened a gold dipped Cognac bottle and still have it but there is no content left. I got engaged in 1993. When my parents moved they divided up the remaining bottles between us siblings.”

(If you also have a Cognac bottle you would like to sell, or you need information about age or value – send us photos and information, just submit: Use this form – but please be aware: if you don’t follow the steps precisely, we will not publish your bottle.)

There is also a sticker on the front from Beltramo\’s Menlo Park. (I assume this is where it was purchased.)

The inner of the box has Cree Pour JAs Hennessy & Co written in it and an image of an old knight holding a big ax and come vines in a curved pattern.
