A reader has this Hine 1948 Cognac at home in Singapore. The Reader writes “I’m not the actual owner, it was passed to me by the actual owner who resides here in Singapore. He does not have the time to market the bottles. But the bottles are with me at my home. If you want more verification, please let me know what other proof you need. We have 2 bottles of the same -4.0cm and 5.0cm.”

The label reads: 68 proof, 24 fl. ozs, T. HINE & CO., Established 1763, COGNAC, imported 1949, matured and bottled in 1970 Eldridge Pope & Co Ltd, Dorchester, Dorset. Produce Of France, Vintage 1948.
