A Georgian cellarmaster explains the parallel between brandy and women.

He presents the barrels in a cellar, really unique spirits. Because David Abdzhianidze was involved in creating them, “the barrel includes his soul”. Then he fills a glass with the drink, apparently over 100 years ago. Looks at the colour, festive, shining. “You see?”

Brandy drinking is like approaching a woman

And now he draws the comparison to women: How do you start your acquaintance with a woman?

First of all, you look at ther appearance. She is beautiful! Fantastic! She attracts you..
Of course, next you have to know her soul. Snuggle her up, communicate with her.

So let’s start right now: We shall findle the snifter right now. To feel the aroms, warm it a little in your hands.

She is beautiful! Fantastic! She attracts you..

So the aroma becomes rich, grape aroma; vanilla, chocolate nuances, and hundred other aromas.
Now you taste it. Just a sip! Your legs become warm.

Wonderful! And you whole body becomes warm. Not as aggressive as vodka or so, no – it’s much more pleasant.

Please note that such a thing as “Georgian Cognac” does not exist, it is Georgian brandy, as Cognac can only come from the delimited, geographic area of Cognac.
