Jane O’Donoghue, a British woman living in France, prepares many types of English pastries and desserts, which she sells at the markets in and around Cognac. And one of her specialities is Christmas cake with cognac.
Having partnered with Braastad Cognac, she now receives orders for this Christmas delicacy as early as the previous March. And the secret to her cake’s success? Every day she adds in a spoonful of Braastad Cognac.
We don’t know about you, but cognac certainly seems the perfect addition to any cake – be it for Christmas or any other time of year.
