this bottle is from the 1980s and can not be that old
Sorry but I was given the card to go with it which had the date 1950 printed on it, I assumed that the bottle was from 1950?
not sure what card it is but if you can add some pictures of the bottle from the back it should have a crest in the glass and that will narrow it down
is the number on this card same as the one on the bottle?
I have a photo of the crest on the back of the bottle, how am I able to upload another photo to this page?
The information on the card matches the information on the bottle but no
I cannot find a number on the bottle.
this type of card is put in the box with a crystal decanter and the number on it should match the number on the decanter that is the point of the card. to certify the decanter # 3293 and it did not come with this bottle. your bottle is from the 80s but is still a good bottle to drink or sell just not as old as 1950s bottle and in the 50s the label and the bottle would be different then this one. this type of bottle came about late 80s till 90s newer once will not have the crest in the glass on the back they only did it in the 80s
Thank you for clearing that up for me. I assumed it went with the bottle as it describes the cognac and has the same wording on the card as on the bottle. I’m curious as to how much this bottle is worth. It does have the crest on the back. I’d like to add another photo to this page but not sure if I can now that the page has been done.
Send the extra photo to Sebastian and he will add it to your original post.
bonjour je posede la meme bouteille que vous mais en magnum pourriez vous me dire combien coute la bouteille
Dear Helen, as already proposed by Michael you can send additional photos to [email protected] and I will update the post quickest possible.
Thank you, I have emailed it through.
The bottle would be worth about US$200, a little less due to damaged wax seal.
Riffaut: La version magnum de cette bouteille (en bon etat) vaut environ $400 (300 Euro)
I have submitted the picture of the crest, hopefully it appears soon.
Dear all, I just updated the post. Thanks
Thank you Sebastian.
My offer 250$
Any for sale let me know
Hi Mike, no sorry I was hoping it would be worth more and will hold on to it at this stage. Thankyou for your offer.
Hi Helen, I also have a bottle of this cognac, which I purchased duty free when I was in the Navy. I purchased my bottle in 1981. My registered number is 09857, and while not wanting to sell I would be very interested in the real value of the cognac if you find one.
Ho una bottiglia pressoché uguale acquistata nei primi anni ’60 in perfetto stato di conservazione.
Vorrei sapere quanto vale.
Grazie.
Marco
