2017 Cognac Awards: Best Cognacs according to the industry experts

It’s that time of year when the judges get their heads together in a variety of different wine and spirit competitions to award the outstanding products of the year. And of course, Cognac is among them.

We’ve taken the results from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, the World Cognac Awards, and the Cognac Masters and come up with a list of Cognacs that the expert taste buds of the esteemed judges saw fit to present with their top awards.

Of course, the Cognac producers put their best up for scrutiny, and nervously await to see if theirs get the highest commendations. Not only the big names, such as Remy Martin and Martell, take home awards, but the smaller producers too, like Park Cognac, Honor, and Louis Royer.

However, searching online to discover which have won awards and perhaps decide to purchase the odd new bottle or two can be a bit of a challenge.
