Oh my word.  For those of you for whom your love of chcolate comes second only to that of eaux-de-vie, then today’s (Wednesday 23 March) tasting event in Shanghai will have you trembling at the knees with lust. The Cognac comes from Paul Giraud. Start with cocktails, then 3 year old Cognac, then later on 15-50 year old Cognac.
