Vieille Fine Champagne de T. Hine & Co. Cognac Selection

Recently a reader discovered this Vieille Fine Champagne de T. Hine & Co. Cognac Selection bottle in the original case with the sealed cork and wrapped crystal top. It’s been in the family for at least 40 years and before that in the previous family also some time. The reader is not sure exactly how many years and where they got it from.

The bottle was given to his Father as a gift before he was born (our reader is 39 years old) and they still lived in Durban, South Africa. His mother’s younger brother’s mother in law gave it to them(almost confusing!). Anyway that’s about the long and short of it.
