Wow. I’ve never seen something like it. Really advanced service. See a video below, how two guys serve Hennessy XO in two snifters.. preparing it the stylish way in a restaurant.

First of all comes water into the snifter, to clean it. Then they put some cheaper brandy which then gets burned to make it perfectly clean.  Finally one pours a nice sip of Hennessy XO and it gets presented on the table. A bit exegerated or well done?  Here is the video:
