Courvoisier Maker Beam Inc. Sales up 10% in Last Quarter

Beam Inc., owner of Courvoisier and the newly named spin off of Fortune Brands, saw its revenue rise by 10 per cent in the last quarter of 2011.

The net income for that time period was $94.1 million (or 59 cents per share), up from $85.4 million (55 cents per share) over the same time period in the previous year.

Beam’s complete yearly revenue for 2011 comes in at a healthy $917 million ($5.81 per share), which is up an incredible 88 per cent on 2010.
