A Great XO Cognac in a Small Statue of a Great Emperor

Here comes a message from Asia. On of our readers found a bottle, a little statue filled with Cognac. But it’s not any statue, it’s a little Napoleon.

Is it a XO Napoleon cognac?

This bottle was purchased by the reader’s father 15 years ago… but the value of this Tanneur Napoleon XO remains unclear.

(If you also have a bottle you would like to submit, please use our form)

Napoleon bottle

Napoleon bottle

Purchased by my father about 15 years ago possibly from duty free at airport but he can’t remember where and how much it was.
It says 40% and it’s a 700ml bottle. The markings that were once gold have faded – can just about make out on the base
“product of france” “16200 jarnac”.

Below you see a nice image of a battlefield or similar.

On the front it says “cognac” Tanneur and “Napoleon xo”.

I would  like to know how much this bottle is wort. It would be great if someone could help me.

As always: Any help is welcome! Please do not hesitate to comment. Thank you in advance.
